Peer recovery coaching

Peer coaching can begin with the obstacle that matters most today. If documents, employment preparation or making a support connection is your immediate priority, ask SMRC about recovery and reentry resource navigation.

A little clarity

Questions, welcomed.

Does the reentry course provide identification documents or housing?

No. The course covers planning and resource navigation. The issuing agency, housing organization or employer determines its own eligibility and decisions.

How do I find current training or recovery meetings?

Check the SMRC training calendar and separate community events page. No SMRC training dates are confirmed yet. For independent meetings, use the community resource directory and verify the schedule with the organizer.

Is SMRC a medical treatment or detox provider?

The services described here are peer-centered support, education and resource connections. Medical treatment, clinical counseling and detoxification are not represented as verified SMRC services. Call 911 for an emergency.
