This website does not collect support requests, referrals, donations or newsletter signups. Call SMRC to discuss the appropriate contact process. Do not send medical records, substance-use history, emergency details or another person’s private information to the general email inbox.
Employer job opportunities
The job preparation form assembles an email inside your browser. It does not upload, save to browser storage, or send the form. After review, you can open your email app or copy the text and send it yourself to info@swmirecovery.org. Your email provider and SMRC’s inbox then handle the message. Only include public job details and business contact information, not applicant or health information. Entries are cleared when you leave this page.
Phone and external services
The SMRC phone number is (269) 532-1002. Public hours are Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Please call for an appointment. Text-message availability and a guaranteed response timeframe have not been confirmed. Ask SMRC about the appropriate process and safe sharing of information.
External provider and event links open services operated by those organizations. Their privacy practices apply. No referral or payment information is transferred when this website opens an external link.

Training inquiries and maps
Training forms prepare an email in your browser. Nothing is sent or saved by this website. You review the message and send it through your own email app to SMRC’s general inbox. An inquiry does not confirm enrollment, payment or a group booking. Do not include health information.
The service-area map loads from OpenStreetMap only when you choose to load it. Your browser then connects to that provider, which receives ordinary request information such as your IP address. No precise location permission is requested. You can use the text community directory without loading the map.
